Turn Around Time 

Once your place your order with Grandiose Hair & Boutique you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. After which, the order will reach you in about 1-3 business day(s) via USPS priority shipping.
If you have questions or need to make changes during this time, please email,  Info@grandiosehair.com with the name used for the order and the order number.

We will do our best to fulfill your request and make changes; however, once an order is submitted, modifications are not guaranteed. 



Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. After which, the order will reach you in about 1-3 business day(s) via USPS priority shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We also require signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. 
Please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for issues related to carrier delays. 
We are also not responsible for any incorrect address entries provided by the customer. Please check address before submitting your order.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. Grandiose Hair Boutique DOES NOT hold responsibility for lost packages.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, and/or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Due to Covid-19, Express Shipping is not available until further notice. 



International Orders

Currently, Grandiose Hair & Boutique is not accepting international orders. Please sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on what's new with us.



Returns and exchanges are allowed within 3 days from delivery confirmation. Please email returns@grandiosehair.com for assistance before sending returns/exchanges. 

All returns should be sent to: PO Box 9596, Birmingham, AL, 35220.

All returned hair must be in the same condition as when it was received. We are not responsible for any return shipping fees, unless we are at fault. We also recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No cash refunds will be issued; only store credit (no exceptions).
